## Title: Hotel Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

Hotel Capitol seeks a dedicated Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role is central to creating a welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and address guest inquiries professionally
  • Process reservations, manage bookings, process payments, and handle cancellations accurately
  • Provide local information, recommend hotel services and local attractions, and fulfill special guest requests
  • Maintain accurate guest records, process transactions, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
  • Monitor guest access, manage key distribution, and maintain security protocols to ensure guest safety

Required Qualifications

  • HND or BSc in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk role
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (such as Opera)
