We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Summary - We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Accountant to manage and oversee all hotel financial operations. - The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of hotel accounting systems, cost control, and software applications specific to the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, revenue, and expense tracking. - Handle payroll processing and statutory remittances. - Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. - Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and internal controls. - Collaborate with management to enhance financial performance and cost efficiency. Requirements - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Accountant or similar role. - Excellent knowledge of hotel management and accounting software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros, Sage, or similar systems). - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Professional certification (ICAN or equivalent) is an added advantage.
