Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table assignments
• Maintain a neat and presentable reception/hostess area
• Provide menus and assist guests with basic inquiries
• Communicate guest needs and table updates to the service team
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and special requests professionally
• Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience from entry to exit

Requirements

• NCE / OND qualification
• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, friendly, and confident personality
• Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Punctual, polite, and customer-focused approach

Schedule

• Full-time, shift-based position
• Weekend and holiday availability required
