Summary - We are looking for an elegant, friendly, and well-organized Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. - The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth guest flow within the restaurant. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. - Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table assignments. - Maintain a neat and presentable reception/hostess area. - Provide menus and assist guests with basic inquiries. - Communicate guest needs and table updates to the service team. - Handle reservations, waitlists, and special requests professionally. - Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience from entry to exit. Requirements - Qualification: NCE / OND - Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is an added advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Warm, friendly, and confident personality. - Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct. - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. - Must be punctual, polite, and customer-focused.
