Hospitality Manager (Short-let & Hotel) at Sujimoto Construction Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Hospitality Manager with sales experience and a strong background in short-let apartments, Airbnb operations, hotels, or related hospitality services. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end property operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, optimize occupancy and revenue, and maintain high service standards across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of short-let units, serviced apartments, and/or hotel properties
• Oversee Airbnb and OTA listings, including pricing, availability, content accuracy, and performance monitoring
• Ensure excellent guest experience from booking to check-out, including service recovery
• Lead, train, and supervise operational teams (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors)
• Monitor occupancy rates, guest reviews, and revenue performance; implement improvement strategies
• Coordinate housekeeping schedules, quality checks, and property readiness
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and platform reviews professionally
• Control operational budgets, costs, and supplier contracts
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize bookings and brand visibility

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing short-let, Airbnb, serviced apartments, or hotel operations
• Strong sales experience
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)
• Experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, and occupancy optimization
• Proficiency in PMS, channel managers, and hospitality reporting tools
