About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospital Operations Supervisor to join our team at Crystal Thorpe in Abuja, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Center, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee patient care standards and maintain a clean, safe hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality patient care standards
• Manage staffing rotas and scheduling
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Undertake business development functions as required
• Maintain inventory across Pharmacy, Lab, and other departments
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient satisfaction
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Handle patient complaints and issues professionally
• Ensure the hospital environment is clean and safe
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Professional background in one of the following fields: Medical Doctor, Nursing, Pharmacist, Medical Lab Scientist, or Healthcare Administration
