Core Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Perform daily cleaning of patient rooms, operating theaters, consultation rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms
• Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols in all hospital areas
• Maintain cleanliness of medical equipment, furniture, and hospital facilities according to established standards
• Manage waste disposal procedures following healthcare waste management guidelines
• Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards promptly

Patient Experience & Community Relations

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, provide directions, and assist with basic inquiries
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous communication at all times
• Ensure the hospital entrance and reception maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Serve water and tea to waiting patients with a smile
• Speak positively about the hospital in your local neighborhood, church, and community
• Report patient and community feedback to management
• Participate in community engagement activities
