## Title: Hospital Accounts Officer

About the Role

An established medical facility is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage financial operations and ensure accurate customer data entry across various databases. You will support invoicing functions and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform data entry functions into various databases
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Send bills and invoices to HMOs, private patients, and corporate clients
Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment matters
Contact HMOs to obtain payment approvals
Support invoicing operations

Requirements

Age: 28-35 years
Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in hospital accounting (preferred)
Strong team player with a friendly and confident demeanor
Honest and reliable work ethic
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong numeracy skills
Proficient IT and computer skills
