About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Risk Audit Officer to lead the creation and implementation of a robust enterprise risk framework. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks while ensuring governance, oversight, and regulatory compliance. This position requires cultivating a strong risk culture through training and cross-functional coordination, alongside driving continuous monitoring and performance improvement.

Key Objectives

• Lead enterprise risk strategy and framework development
• Implement and monitor enterprise risk frameworks across the organization
• Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for enterprise risks
• Establish enterprise risk governance, oversight, and reporting structures
• Coordinate third-party audits (COSO, ICFR, ITGC, EQA, and others)
• Build and strengthen organizational risk culture through training initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with related functions to ensure integrated risk management

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 5–8 years of work experience in risk management, audit, or governance
