## Title: HMO/Client Relations Officer

Job Summary

The HMO/Client Relations Officer will manage daily HMO operations, ensuring timely approvals, accurate billing, and excellent client service delivery across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain and track HMO approvals promptly
  • Ensure accurate billing and claims processing
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on pending requests
  • Liaise with service units to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
  • Support reconciliation and timely invoice roll-out
  • Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in a relevant field
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • Must reside in Warri, Delta State or its environs
