Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support - Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and service improvement - Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on customer-centric results - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the healthcare industry or diagnostic services is a plus
