Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervisor at Asphalt Unity Construction Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Supervisor to oversee safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a culture of safety across all operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HSE policies, risk assessments, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and enforce HSE policies, standards, and procedures on site
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
• Lead incident and accident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
• Provide HSE induction, training, and awareness programs for staff and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and international best practices
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
• Relevant HSE certifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HSE supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
