Head Technician & Electrician

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure uninterrupted power supply for facilities, events, and critical operations. - Lead and supervise technicians and electricians. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and technical equipment. - Identify potential faults early to prevent downtime and safety risks. - Diagnose electrical faults promptly and ensure effective resolution. - Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations, codes, and organizational policies. - Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices. - Manage generators, inverters, UPS systems, transformers, and alternative power sources. - Monitor power consumption and recommend energy-efficient solutions. - Maintain accurate inventory and maintenance records. Required Qualifications: & Experience: - OND, HND or Degree Electrical Engineering - Minimum of 4 yrs hands-on experience at operational and supervisory level.
