Head Teacher at GEM Peculiar School

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Head Teacher at our Primary and Nursery school. You will implement the organization's vision by working alongside School Management to provide leadership and coordinate all educational activities for staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of daily activities in the Primary and Nursery school sections
• Deliver world-class learning programs and ensure all tutors align appropriately with school standards
• Monitor teaching modules, lesson notes, curriculum, and overall staff and pupil performance in line with expected delivery standards
• Report to School Management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Provide developmental insights during management review meetings and operational support
• Periodically organize meetings, reviews, continuous development programs, and trainings for Primary and Nursery school teachers
• Initiate and implement school growth strategies
• Implement school management and developmental policies
• Undertake other assigned responsibilities from the School Management Board for the overall progress of the school

Location Requirements

Must reside in Okota, Ago/Isolo and their environs.
