## Title: Head of Sales and CRM
About the Role
Oceanic Health Management Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Sales and CRM to lead and manage our sales operations. This position is responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the sales team by setting sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics to ensure achievement and exceeding of targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives aligned with company sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis and competitive landscape
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation
- Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict sales revenues and track performance
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate new business and raise awareness of company products and services
- Maintain quality and productive relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively
- Collaborate with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes for customer and opportunity acquisition
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in the HMO industry
Required Skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and CRM software packages
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong selling and relationship management abilities
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) operations
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
