Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement both short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals and revenue targets
• Define sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, develop sales policies and processes, and ensure the sales team is motivated and effective
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales and marketing staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a results-driven environment
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget, and forecast financial requirements
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, such as market share, sales figures, and budget performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
