Position Overview
As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will ensure that the company's sales budget, sales targets, and vision are actualized through a total account management approach. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities including internal and external relationships, networks, interactions, and cooperation. This includes all activities involved in acquiring new clients, retaining existing customers, enhancing relationships, and satisfying customer needs while maintaining high product and service quality standards.
You will collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand the customer base
- Listen to customer requirements and present solutions appropriately to facilitate sales
- Maintain and increase sales of the organization's products by developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers
- Manage the sales team and develop business plans covering sales targets, revenue, and expense controls
- Meet agreed asset targets and promote the organization's market presence
- Drive profitable results through the sales team by providing motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge training
- Develop and oversee the annual marketing plan, including realistic forecasts for each product
