Our client is seeking a Head, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise-wide risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance across its operations. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and drive the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
• Provide strategic risk and compliance advisory to MD/CEO and Board Audit Committee
• Oversee compliance, audits, policy enforcement, and business continuity
• Engage with regulators and ensure zero tolerance for governance breaches

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years' experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Governance
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong background in healthcare, diagnostics, banking, finance, or other regulated sectors
• Professional certifications (IRMCert, CRMA, ISO 31000, ICA, CCEP) are a strong advantage
• Excellent reporting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

Annual guaranteed pay of N35,000,000 with BIK package.
