## Title: Head of Aviation Security

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead all aviation and corporate security operations.

Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Supervise and coordinate all aviation and corporate security activities, including passenger and baggage screening, access control, perimeter security, and surveillance systems
Oversee vetting, training, and certification of all security personnel to ensure regulatory compliance and operational competence
Liaise with NCAA, FAAN, Police, Civil Defence, DSS, and other relevant security and intelligence agencies
Conduct regular security risk assessments, vulnerability studies, and threat analyses across company operations and facilities
Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced and contracted security service providers
Coordinate and manage security incident response, investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
Ensure full compliance with NCAA-approved security programmes and support regulatory inspections, audits, and drills
Maintain and continuously update the Airport Security Programme (ASP) and Company Security Programme (CSP) in collaboration with the Accountable Manager
Advise the Managing Director and executive management on security risks, emerging threats, and policy recommendations
Prepare and submit timely reports on security operations, incidents, and compliance status

Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Security Studies, Law Enforcement, or a related discipline
NCAA certification in Aviation Security (AVSEC)

Strong knowledge of Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs) and ICAO Annex 17
