About the Role

Titsall Global School is seeking a qualified Head of School / Coordinator to oversee all higher-level operations and create a safe, supportive learning environment. In this position, you will set and monitor performance goals for both students and teachers, ensuring continuous improvement across the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape a vision of academic success for all students
• Create a climate conducive to education and learning
• Oversee day-to-day school operations and manage logistics and budgets
• Set learning goals for students and teachers aligned with national curricula
• Monitor and report on teacher performance
• Present school performance data to board members
• Interview and hire school personnel
• Review and implement school policies
• Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
• Cultivate and develop leadership in others
• Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching methodologies
• Handle emergencies and school crises effectively
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for students, including implementation of hygiene protocols
• Organize school events and assemblies
• Attend conferences to stay current with educational trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of teaching and administrative experience
• Degree in Education (Master's degree preferred)
• Cambridge Certification or relevant experience (compulsory)
• Previous experience as a principal or in a similar leadership role
• Teaching license (preferred)
