Job Summary
We are recruiting for the role of Head of Sales & Marketing for our Real Estate division. You will oversee the sales and marketing of off-plan and completed properties while managing the sales team. Your top priority will be putting together a marketing engine structure that demonstrates clear ROI each month.
You will be responsible for top and bottom-line revenue, setting sales strategies and goals, securing leads, and training new agents. Drawing on your years of sales experience, you will implement top-level sales and marketing strategies, solve complex problems, and conduct sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and manage monthly revenue targets
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Generate client leads for property buying, selling, and rental
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing training and coaching
- Oversee promotion of property sales across online and offline advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to present real estate opportunities
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
- Oversee preparation and approval of documents including purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment is received
- Coordinate digital marketing strategies and monitor conversion rates and ROI of approved initiatives
- Work with the marketing design department to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital content to support property sales
- Oversee arrangements for prospective buyers to view properties before closing deals
