Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all purchasing processes with internal company rules, guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations (JOA rules, PSC/PSA rules, country laws)
• Ensure application of company and affiliate general terms and conditions for equipment purchases
• Manage and maintain proper administration and filing of all purchasing documents with required approvals and justifications in line with applicable procedures
• Ensure all purchasing activities meet audit requirements to minimize potential partner/audit claims or legal actions
• Implement company global procurement directives within the team
• Lead and organize the ECP purchasing entity
• Coordinate and supervise a team of buyers
• Process purchases through purchase requisition (PR) assignments
• Maintain adequate follow-up with departments and user teams
• Participate in complex and difficult negotiations
