Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals
Oversee business functions including property development, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth coordination and high performance
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and recommend improvements
Develop and implement efficient operational processes, systems, and policies to support growth and profitability
Drive business expansion strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets
