Key Responsibilities

• Implement projects in accordance with approved budgets
• Translate high-level strategic goals into operational targets and allocate targets across operational units
• Monitor and evaluate monthly key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to optimize and improve operational processes
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on all operational areas and ongoing projects
• Coordinate different operational units and divisions toward common objectives, establishing operational guidelines and conditions
• Conduct performance appraisals, follow-up evaluations, and team management
• Review and respond to client concerns and complaints
• Monitor costs and ensure expenses remain within allocated budgets
• Reduce operational expenditure through holistic cost baselining and prioritized initiative design
• Build capabilities in the procurement function to realize cost savings across categories
• Assume project management responsibility from concept through implementation for telecommunications initiatives
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of services
• Evaluate field staff and work quality through personal inspections and other assessment methods
• Analyze resource requirements (human resources, tools, equipment, and operational vehicles) and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure site security is properly managed, monitored, and updated based on risk levels
• Participate in and promote a positive, supportive, and cooperative team environment
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and supervision activities
