## Title: Head of Marketing

Position Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate the brand, generate qualified leads, and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement across both B2B and B2C segments—including developers, landlords, brokers, tenants, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support the company's business objectives across B2B and B2C verticals
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions in the real estate landscape
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, growth, and communications

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

  • Lead digital performance marketing campaigns to drive leads for property sales, rentals, and enterprise platform clients
  • Optimize user acquisition and conversion funnels via SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid media
  • Design lead nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Build and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints—website, mobile app, social media, PR, and events
  • Oversee content strategy including blogs, case studies, videos, and newsletters
  • Develop compelling storytelling around technology, innovation, and customer success

Product & Customer Marketing

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features, tools, or platforms
  • Craft product messaging, sales collateral, and customer onboarding content to support user adoption and retention

PR, Events & Partnerships

  • Manage public relations, media outreach, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Organize and participate in real estate conferences, webinars, and community engagement events
  • Build marketing partnerships within the ecosystem
