## Title: Head of Marketing
About the Role
Ileoja Market Place is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive enrollment expansion. You will lead the marketing department, manage campaigns across all channels, and build partnerships to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on enrollment growth
- Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team to consistently achieve targets
- Plan and oversee all offline and online marketing campaigns
- Drive brand activations, promotions, PR initiatives, and community engagement activities
- Conduct market and field research to identify trends and new growth opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with schools, communities, organizations, and media platforms
- Manage outdoor advertising, field activations, and other offline marketing strategies
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Oversee departmental budgeting, expenses, and resource allocation
- Ensure the department consistently meets monthly and quarterly enrollment goals
Required Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in marketing leadership or managerial roles
- Must be based in Ibadan
- Demonstrated success in both offline and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
- Experience in the education or training sector is an added advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
- Monthly Allowance: ₦100,000 (Transport & Airtime)
- Commission: ₦1,000,000 monthly upon achieving the target of 50 new student enrollments
- Employees Compensation Scheme (NSITF)
