Role Summary
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead all marketing initiatives for the hotel. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, increase occupancy, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer loyalty.
This role oversees all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, advertising, public relations, events, partnerships, and brand management. The ideal candidate must be innovative, results-driven, and experienced in hospitality marketing, with a strong focus on customer engagement and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel's business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
- Define target markets and create tailored campaigns to attract leisure, business, and group travelers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (occupancy rates, RevPAR, ROI) to adjust strategies accordingly
Digital Marketing and Brand Management
- Oversee the hotel's digital presence, including website, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing
- Develop engaging online campaigns to boost direct bookings and reduce reliance on third-party platforms
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, online and offline
- Manage content creation for marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials
Sales and Revenue Growth Support
- Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR)
- Design and implement promotional packages, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs
- Drive partnerships with OTAs, travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients
Public Relations and Events
- Develop strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders in the hospitality and tourism industry
- Manage public relations initiatives and event marketing activities
