Head of Formulation

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. ​​​​​​​Requirements: - Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field. - Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation, with a focus on liquid syrups and suspensions. - Proven experience in drug formulation, stability testing, and scale-up processes. - Hands-on expertise in resolving formulation-related issues during development and manufacturing. Responsibility - Lead pharmaceutical formulation including liquid syrups, ensuring adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards. - Oversee the development and optimization of pharmaceutical suspensions, emulsions, and other liquid-based formulations. - Manage end-to-end new product development, from conceptualization to commercialization. - Troubleshoot and resolve formulation challenges to enhance stability, efficacy, and manufacturability. - Establish and maintain specifications for new and reformulated products. - Ensure seamless transfer of formulations from R&D to large-scale manufacturing. - Maintain full documentation of formulation trials and prepare necessary reports on feasibility and performance.
