Key Responsibilities

Payment Planning & Budgeting

• Design and manage cash flow strategies for multi-phase project payments
• Align financial planning with operational timelines and project milestones

Import & Procurement Finance

• Oversee financial aspects of international procurement and importation processes
• Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and optimize cost-efficiency

Inventory & Cost Reporting

• Monitor inventory levels and integrate financial reporting with stock movement and valuation
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of materials

Financial Oversight & Reporting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across departments
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Risk Management & Fraud Prevention

• Implement robust internal controls to prevent financial leakage and theft
• Monitor compliance and conduct periodic audits across project sites

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Supervise finance staff and coordinate with project managers, procurement, and logistics
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in financial leadership within project-based or construction environments
• Strong command of budgeting, cash flow management, inventory reporting, and import finance
• Experience in cost accounting (a bonus)
• High integrity and vigilance in fraud detection and prevention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA (a strong advantage)
