Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Head of Electrical Technicians to lead and supervise field technicians in executing high-quality solar system installations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians
• Plan and oversee solar installation projects from start to finish
• Conduct quality control checks on installations
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians
• Ensure all safety protocols and standards are adhered to
• Interface with clients during and after installation
• Report project progress and challenges to management

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• 4+ years' experience in solar installation and team supervision
• Strong leadership and technical troubleshooting skills
• In-depth knowledge of solar equipment, inverters, and electrical systems
• Good communication and project management abilities

Compensation

N250,000 per month
