Position Overview

Lily College of Nursing Sciences is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Department (HOD), Midwifery to provide academic and administrative leadership for the Midwifery Department. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the midwifery curriculum
Provide mentorship and guidance to faculty and administrative staff

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Sciences
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Education
Minimum of 4 years' experience in midwifery education or clinical practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and faculty development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
