## Title: Head of Customer Service & Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Experience professional to lead and manage our Customer Service Unit. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a real estate company and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience across all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer service team
  • Develop and implement customer service processes and standards
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee client communication before, during, and after property transactions
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and property management teams
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service reports
  • Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience

Requirements & Qualifications

  • HND/BSc in any relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience
  • Previous experience working with a real estate company (required)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a customer service team
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
  • Good organizational and reporting skills

Compensation

N300,000 monthly
