About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Rovedana as Head of Business Development. We are a real estate company at the intersection of finance and real estate, seeking a visionary leader to architect and lead our next phase of growth.
As the cornerstone of our commercial strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing high-value partnerships, sales, and investment opportunities. You will leverage your deep financial expertise and real estate acumen to build a robust pipeline and close transformative deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Origination & Strategy: Hunt for and cultivate new business opportunities with institutional investors, private equity firms, HNWIs, and real estate developers
- Relationship Architecture: Build and nurture a powerful network of C-level relationships across the banking and real estate sectors
- Pitch & Persuasion: Lead the end-to-end deal process, from crafting compelling investment theses and presentations to leading high-stakes negotiations and closing complex transactions
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the market expert, providing insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities at the finance-real estate nexus
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and portfolio growth
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of 7-10 years in a top-tier sales, relationship management, or business development role within banking or financial services (e.g., Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking)
- Sharp understanding of the real estate landscape and market dynamics
- Deep expertise in high-level finance and strategic property assets
- Demonstrated ability to identify and close complex, high-value transactions
