Head of Business at Synapse Services

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead and expand business development activities across multiple organizations within our consortium. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business development activities across multiple organizations in the consortium and provide guidance and supervision to business development officers in each organization
• Define and develop strategic business development strategies aligned with each organization's vision, mission, and long-term goals
• Conduct continuous market research to identify business opportunities and competitive advantages aimed at increasing sales, revenue, and market dominance
• Set appropriate business targets and goals for each business entity in line with overall corporate vision
• Provide commercial and strategic input into clinical development to increase bed occupancy and ensure business targets are met
• Identify innovative tactics, business plans, and sustainable operations to drive revenue and volume growth
• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of proposals and client contracts
• Develop comprehensive understanding of all company offerings (products, services, and value propositions) and continuously expand this knowledge
• Present products and services to prospective customers, conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and drive sales closure
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development reports with planned versus actual targets analysis
• Conduct quarterly comparative analysis of all service lines to identify underperforming products and services, and develop optimization strategies
• Leverage social media and digital presence by collaborating with the social media team to enhance online visibility and engagement
• Lead and manage the business development team
