## Title: Head of Administration

Position Summary

The Head of Administration will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all administrative functions at the AMRC, ensuring effective operations and support for the organization's research programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and coordination of the Centre's administrative functions
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and systems that ensure effective administrative operations
  • Manage facilities, logistics, and administrative services to support research programs
  • Advise senior management on organizational development, personnel planning, and institutional governance
  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets, reports, and records

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive work experience with substantial leadership responsibilities
  • Experience in project management
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certification(s)
  • Membership of professional bodies
