## Title: Head of Academy Growth

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Head of Academy Growth to build and scale their educational academy from a successful pilot into a fully functional, sustainable enterprise. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to drive transformational growth across all academy functions.

Key Responsibilities

Builder's Leadership & Scale

Build and institutionalize all Academy systems — governance, training operations, curriculum delivery, and partner management
Transform the Academy from "successful pilot" to a fully functional educational enterprise
Drive digital transformation: implement dashboards, LMS, and playbook integration for daily reporting
Establish sustainable business models including paid programs, corporate training, and sponsorships
Lead with a hands-on builder mindset — design, test, implement, and optimize rapidly

Strategic Growth & Impact

Develop and execute the Academy's 1–3 year strategic roadmap
Set and track growth KPIs for enrollment, graduation, job placement, and industry partnerships
Develop financial sustainability models — manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
Present quarterly progress reports and forecasts to the Founder and Board

Program & Curriculum Excellence

Oversee the quality, design, and relevance of all learning programs
Ensure alignment with international training standards (ISO 21001)
Implement feedback loops with learners, trainers, and employers
Drive continuous improvement through audits and reviews

Partnership & Brand Expansion

Build partnerships with brands, manufacturers, NGOs, and education stakeholders
Collaborate with the Brand & Creative team to market the Academy and amplify success stories
Secure industry partnerships for internships, job placements, and sponsorships
Represent the Academy in events, government initiatives, and international collaborations

Team Leadership & Execution

Lead a multi-departmental team across curriculum, marketing, operations, and partnerships
Build capacity: hire, mentor, and coach emerging leaders
Run weekly performance meetings using RAG (Red–Amber–Green) dashboards
Foster a high-performance culture
