Position Overview

Join a leading manufacturing organization based in Nnewi, Anambra State, as Head of Information Technology. This strategic role provides leadership and hands-on technical management for all IT infrastructure, systems, and services. You will ensure technology reliably supports manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions while driving digital transformation, enforcing robust cybersecurity, and managing critical systems such as ERP and Microsoft 365. This position is pivotal in delivering excellent IT services and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and roadmap, advising senior management on emerging technologies and digital transformation opportunities relevant to manufacturing
• Provide direction to the IT team and oversee daily IT operations, including helpdesk support, to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware, software, networks, and servers; ensure high availability of company network, internet services, and critical systems
• Manage enterprise applications, including ERP system, accounting software, email, and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365)
• Lead IT projects for system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Ensure security of IT systems, data, and networks through access controls, data protection measures, and security monitoring
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards; ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Train staff on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
• Manage Windows Server environments
