## Title: Head of HNI Business Development
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the sales team and provide strategic leadership in driving company growth. In this role, you will spearhead risk asset creation and liability initiatives, onboard new customers, and deepen relationships with existing clients by selling Transkredit's products and services to retail, HNI, and MSME customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and provide strategic direction to drive growth in risk asset creation and investment mobilization
- Grow the existing risk asset portfolio in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with retail and MSME customers requiring loans and advances to support their business operations
- Manage existing customer portfolios and develop new business opportunities by generating risk assets within MSME and retail markets
- Leverage Transkredit's existing relationships by developing and executing proactive and creative ongoing contact initiatives
- Prepare sales pitches, presentations, and supporting documents for customer engagements
- Assist in the development, launch, and sales of new product offerings
- Manage MSME and retail banking portfolios to minimize business risks and maximize profitability
- Maintain relationships with key customers and ensure they receive excellent service from Transkredit officers
- Ensure complete, accurate, and balanced risk assessment in credit approval presentations
- Coordinate the approval process, manage information flow, and ensure credit facilities follow established approval procedures
- Foster synergy and collaboration across departments to facilitate effective company operations
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry developments
