Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. The Head of Digital Banking will lead and manage digital transformation initiatives, develop and execute digital strategies, oversee project management, and drive digital innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital banking strategies
• Oversee project management for digital banking implementations
• Drive digital innovation across the organization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
• Analyze web metrics and digital performance indicators
• Ensure successful implementation of digital banking projects
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the digital banking team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy
• Experience with POS deployment
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proven Team Leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Web Analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry
