About the Role

VDL Technologies is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced Head of Client Management Services to join our Lagos office. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will oversee client relationships and lead a team to deliver superior service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through strategic client engagement and account management
• Lead and manage client service teams, providing guidance and mentorship to drive performance
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and expansion
• Manage client accounts while ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives
• Meet key sales and financial performance targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and Business Development
• Demonstrated experience in Team Management with strong leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of Finance and Sales with ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in client relationship management or leadership
• Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry
