Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. You will be responsible for the effective management of Automation Projects and the training of the Robotics and Automation curriculum in classroom and laboratory settings at Michael Stevens Consulting in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum and laboratory projects in automation and robotics topics
• Manage Automation Projects from conception through completion
• Conduct classroom and shop training utilizing proper instructional techniques and approved curriculum
• Utilize equipment and training aids effectively in daily lessons
• Report all damaged or missing instructional equipment
• Maintain clean, orderly classroom and shop areas that promote a professional learning environment
• Maintain and record student attendance and grades accurately
• Prepare class lessons and tests in a timely manner
• Design training aids and mock-ups in areas of expertise
• Administer tests and make-up tests according to established procedures
• Ensure students follow all established policies, procedures, and safety practices
• Monitor all equipment, supplies, and tools to ensure safety of students and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Education or Assistant Director of Education
