Responsibilities

Merchant & Agency Network Management

• Identify and acquire new merchant and agency clients for payment processing services
• Monitor the performance of agencies, ensuring compliance with established guidelines
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing merchant accounts and agency banking partners
• Develop and implement expansion and growth strategy for agency banking and merchant network management

Payment Processing Solutions

• Offer merchant services, such as card payment acceptance, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and payment gateways
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate payment solutions for merchants

Compliance and Risk Management

• Implement risk assessment and fraud prevention measures
• Ensure that merchants comply with payment industry regulations and security standards
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with agency banking operations

Business Development

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the agency banking network
• Develop strategies to increase transaction volumes and revenue
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities

Merchant Support

• Provide merchants with technical support and assistance in resolving payment issues
• Understand merchants' business needs and provide tailored solutions

Training and Development

• Provide training and support to merchant and agency partners to ensure they are well-equipped to serve customers
• Keep merchants and agents informed about new products and services
