Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abuja. The Gym Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise gym staff and manage team performance
• Manage group exercise programs and personal training services
• Engage members to foster a supportive fitness community
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and budgeting
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of group exercise, group training, and fitness industry practices
• Experience in personal training and exercise physiology
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams in a gym or fitness setting
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in fitness or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or related discipline
