About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Gym Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and guide individuals and groups on proper exercise techniques and form
• Design and prescribe workout programs, fitness classes, and health promotion activities tailored to different ages, abilities, and needs
• Monitor gym safety, report hazards, maintain fitness equipment, and ensure the facility is clean, tidy, and organized
• Motivate clients to improve performance and provide support during exercises to help them achieve their personal fitness goals
• Schedule counseling sessions, evaluate program effectiveness, and promote gym services

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in fitness instruction or related field
• Proven experience as a Gym Instructor or similar role
