## Title: Growth & Performance Lead

Role Purpose

Drive sales growth by training teams, managing current accounts, and supporting product development across three business divisions. This is not a traditional sales role but rather a position requiring flexible, transferable skills. You'll teach performance, manage accounts, develop new products, and build growth systems across real estate, fintech, and investment services.

Key Responsibilities
