## Title: Growth Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Manager to drive product adoption, scale user acquisition, and lead our marketing efforts. This role blends growth strategy, performance marketing, and team leadership to accelerate the brand's expansion across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across digital and offline channels
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team, ensuring KPIs align with business goals
  • Own user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics, driving measurable outcomes
  • Design and run growth experiments to optimize funnels and campaign performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering teams to align initiatives
  • Oversee paid media, SEO, content marketing, and partnerships for sustained growth
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, using data to guide strategic decisions
  • Represent the company at industry events, building partnerships and strengthening the brand

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team
  • Data-driven mindset and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup or tech-driven industries
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
  • Knowledge of offline marketing strategies and events management
