About the Role

An established company is seeking a Group Corporate Growth and Financing Manager to drive the organization's strategic expansion while ensuring robust funding and capital structures are in place to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align growth strategies across markets, products, and partnerships
• Assess funding needs and lead capital raising efforts with investors and lenders
• Build financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, risks, and valuations
• Create and monitor growth-driven budgets and forecasts
• Report on strategy and financial performance to executives and investors
• Manage financial risks and optimize capital structure

Requirements

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, or fund management
• Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Banking, Investments, or related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced and emerging market environments
• Willingness to travel across Africa as required
