Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design compelling static graphics for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads
Develop marketing collateral including banners, flyers, infographics, and presentations aligned with brand identity

Video Creation & Editing

Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and ads
Add motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to enhance storytelling
Repurpose existing content into multiple video formats

Branding & Creative Direction

Maintain consistent visual identity across all content and channels
Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and the digital marketing team to produce impactful campaigns
Contribute ideas for creative concepts and storytelling strategies

Platform Optimization

Adapt content formats for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website
Stay updated with trends in digital content, video marketing, and design tools

Requirements & Qualifications

2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design and video production
Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics (preferred)
Strong sense of visual composition, storytelling, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
