Graphics Manager at Evans Industries

About the Role

Are you a creative leader with a passion for building visually powerful brands? We're looking for a Graphics Manager to head our in-house creative team and drive the visual identity of our growing personal care and household product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers
• Oversee packaging design and product mock-ups from concept to production
• Support marketing with promotional materials for campaigns and in-store activations
• Champion digital content design for social media and brand assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints within the organization
• Work closely with Commercial, Product Development, and Marketing Teams to elevate brand presence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field
• 5–7 years of professional experience in design (FMCG/personal care experience is a strong plus)
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of packaging design and print production
• Excellent sense of branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling
