About the Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that effectively communicate the company's brand message across various digital and print platforms. The role involves conceptualizing and producing creative materials for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, flyers, logos, and product packaging
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and visual materials that align with brand identity
• Create visual assets for website design, email marketing, and advertising campaigns
• Edit and retouch images, videos, and other visual content as required
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency
• Prepare final layouts and ensure designs are visually appealing, accurate, and print-ready
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Work with printers and external agencies when necessary to ensure production quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Candidates living within Lekki or its environs are strongly preferred

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing
• Knowledge of UI/UX design
